Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AR Draw mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. Description of the App

AR Draw is a mobile application that lets users trace reference images over real-world surfaces via the device camera and AR, follow step-by-step drawing lessons, color line-art pictures, and turn photos into sketches.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code;
• Use the App to create content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its bundled content;
• Bypass any technical limitations of the App, including the paywall for premium features.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the drawings, sketches, videos, and any other content you create using the App. We do not claim any rights to your creations, and your content is stored only on your device (saved to your Photos library if you choose to save).

5. Bundled Content and Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, user interface, gallery line-art, lessons, icons, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The bundled line-art reference images are provided for your personal tracing practice only. You may share photos of your finished drawings on social media, but you may not redistribute the bundled reference images themselves.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

6.1 Premium subscription

AR Draw offers optional Premium subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that unlock additional features such as full gallery access, all lessons, ad-free experience, and high-resolution export.

6.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

6.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

6.4 Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

6.5 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 10.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

10. Children

The App is rated 9+ on the App Store. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Apple as a Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you. Apple is solely responsible for App Store services and not for the App itself.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence apply.
