This Privacy Policy describes how the AR Draw mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we have built AR Draw to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

AR Draw does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we do not collect analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any telemetry. No usage data is transmitted to our servers because we do not operate any servers that receive such data.

1.3 Information processed locally on your device

The App processes the following information only on your device — none of it leaves your iPhone or iPad:

• Camera feed — used in real time to display the live view behind your drawing reference. The camera stream is never saved, recorded, or uploaded by the App (except when you explicitly tap the Record button, in which case the video is saved only to your Photos library).
• Photos you import — when you pick a photo from the Photos library, the image is processed locally to generate a sketch outline. The photo and the sketch never leave your device.
• Drawings and videos you create — saved to your Photos library at your request. They are owned by you and never transmitted to us.
• App preferences — language choice, onboarding state, favorites, completed lessons, and similar settings, stored in your device using standard iOS UserDefaults.

2. Permissions We Request

iOS will ask you to approve the following permissions when first needed:

• Camera — required to display the live view used in "Draw with Camera", "Draw in AR", and "AR Text" modes.
• Microphone — required if you choose to record audio together with your drawing video.
• Photo Library (read) — required to import photos into the "Trace Your Photo" feature.
• Photo Library (write) — required to save your finished drawings and videos.

You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security. Revoking a permission will disable the related feature but will not affect the rest of the App.

3. In-App Purchases

AR Draw offers optional in-app purchases (Premium subscription and one-time unlock). These transactions are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive your payment information; Apple handles billing and shares with us only a minimal anonymized purchase token to validate your entitlement on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

AR Draw uses the following Apple frameworks that are part of iOS and do not transmit personal data outside Apple's ecosystem:

• ARKit & RealityKit — Apple's augmented-reality frameworks (on-device).
• AVFoundation — Apple's camera and recording framework (on-device).
• StoreKit — Apple's in-app purchase framework.
• PencilKit — Apple's drawing canvas framework (on-device).

We do not integrate any third-party advertising network, analytics SDK, social-login SDK, or data broker.

5. Children's Privacy

AR Draw is rated 9+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data of any kind, no special parental-consent flow is required. If you are a parent and have any concerns, please contact us at the email below.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

All information processed by AR Draw is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by:

• Removing individual drawings or videos from your Photos library;
• Tapping the trash icon inside the App to clear favorites or progress;
• Uninstalling the App, which will remove all local data including preferences and cached images.

7. International Users and Legal Bases (GDPR, CCPA)

Because AR Draw does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no cross-border data transfer and no profiling that would trigger additional GDPR or CCPA obligations. If you are a resident of the EU, the UK, California, or any other region with specific privacy laws, you retain all rights granted by those laws. 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
